Busy entrepreneurs know this much better than anyone else: if you are on the highway, communicating together with your employees isn’t always easy.
Say, for example, you leave a client’s office with four pages of notes on a big project. Ideally, you’d want to meet up with everyone involved while it’s fresh in your thoughts. However your developer is in NY, your copywriter is in Atlanta and the marketing manager is sitting at the airport in LA looking forward to a plane.
Positive thing the wonders of technology have managed to get so distance is no more an issue. Basic three conference call apps on your own cellular phone, rounding up your employees for an instant meeting is simpler than assembling an organization at work.
1. Voxeet If you have ever been confused by who said what throughout a conference call, you’ll probably appreciate Voxeet’s 3-D sound, speaker recognition feature. Photos of everybody on the decision appear around a virtual conference table. Whenever a person on the proper side of the screen speaks you will see a visual cue and hear his / her voice in your right ear.
Voxeet’s high-definition sound reduces echo and background noise, so everyone will come in loud and clear. If you want to have a word with only 1 participant, the Whisper feature allows both of you to speak quietly while still hearing the conference call.
With Voxeet, you may make team calls with one click or set the app to "Always-On" mode for quick chats during the day. You may also switch from desktop to mobile or vice versa as long as you’re on a call.
The app is free for iPhone and Android and may accommodate up to eight participants at the same time.

2. Speek You can get rid of the dependence on traditional conference call telephone numbers, passwords and pins with Speek. When you subscribe, you create your own, simple, URL. You may use your name or your company name.
To invite others to become listed on you, email, text or send a calendar invite with the URL. The recipient clicks, types within their own phone number, and they are connected.
Speek is free for calls with up to five people. The $10 per month Pro plan includes calls with an unlimited amount of people (though only 15 is optimal), the power share files and record calls – an extremely useful feature.
The app is designed for iPhone, Android and Windows.
3. Uberconference This conference call app includes a colorful interface and automatic social media connections in order to learn more about each of the participants simply by clicking their picture.
You can initiate a call by sending a web link or, should you have the pro version, the app will dial everyone at the appointed time so all they must do is answer the telephone. If you’d prefer participation, browse the post call summary set of who talked the most and who talked minimal.
The Uberconference app has large, brightly-colored buttons with labels like "evict" (remove a person from a call) and "earmuff" (mute the sound for just one or even more participants).
Uberconference is free for calls with up to 17 people but you will have to pay attention to a brand message in the beginning of each call. Get rid of the branding with the $10 Pro plan which handles up to 100 people. In addition, it includes call recording, local telephone numbers, personalized hold music and recurring conference scheduling.
The app is designed for iPhone and Android.
